The Black Book of Pool

"fades in, fades out"
The Black Book of Pool: Secrets of the competitive mind. A book I found and purchased on Amazon, Copyright 2026. It is 335 pages of insightful methods of quieting the mind to be able to let your skills take over without mental interference. I understand the concept as it was introduced to me while I was learning to throw darts. My question is: has anyone else reviewed this book and what do you think.

Since you have read it, could you give examples of the most worthwhile parts of the book? It's within fair use of copyrighted material to give brief quotes in a review to illustrate your point.

The problem for me is that when I look for pool books now, there are great, steaming piles of worthless garbage, created by AI and printed on demand by Amazon that are a waste of paper. At 335 pages, my suspicion is either it's AI drivel, or the author has no idea how to write -- or both. I'm not willing to pay $20 to find out.
