2026 Predator Bali Aramith Mens Open

A superb safety on the 3ball by Capito sets up a runout, which is completed and things are headed for a deciding third set. This has been a very good match, with two double hill sets so far.

Bad miss by Robbie Capito on the 1ball is followed by a very difficult runout by Mi Le and it is 1-1 in the deciding set.

If it gets to 3-3, the match will go to a shootout.

Well, I do keep track of who refs which matches, but sometimes I don't hear or understand the names. When I don't know the names, I usually just kind of number the refs in my notes, indicating that, for example, my ref #1 was on matches 2, 5, and 8 of those I tracked.

That long-haired ref for last week's Shaw/SVB match, in which the breaks of 22 of 28 racks were dry (including 2 also fouled), was Greg Croudis from New Zealand. He is refing again this week at the event in Indonesia, including the FSR/Filler semifinal match being played right now.

Thanks. How did the players do breaking in the Filler vs FSR match? I missed that match.

Nice safety on the 2ball by Robbie Capito but great kick by Mi Le keeps the safety battle going. Mi Le is first to the shot on the 2ball, but it is difficult. Makes it but must jump at the three. Jumps it in! Has a tough position shot from the 9ball to the 10ball and misses the shot, enabling Robbie to take A 3-2 lead. Shocking!

Robbie must close it out in the next rack to avoid a match-deciding shootout.

FSR wasn't having any fun at all. The second set he got to play a push out and a kick shot. The balls seemed to want Filler to win, and he played almost perfect (over .950 I think)

Robbie Cpito breaks wet but must push out. Mi Le plays a fine safety on the 2ball but Robbie's kick leaves Mi Le a good chance at a runout. Mi Le's runout brings the match to a tiebreaker shootout.

Capito is successful in round six and so is Mi Le. On to round seven, still tied at 3-3 in the shootout.
