Help identifying an old unmarked cue – 5/16-18, veneered points

Hi everyone, I’m hoping someone can help me identify this older cue butt.

There are no visible logos, signatures or markings, and unfortunately I do not have the original shaft.

The cue has what appears to be a 5/16-18 brass joint pin.

It has a traditional maple forearm with long points and multiple veneers, a linen wrap, a dark wood butt sleeve with a maple “window” section, metal/black ringwork, a large cream-colored butt cap and a rounded black bumper.

I also removed the bumper. There is a recessed cavity underneath, but no weight bolt is currently installed.

Early Mali has been suggested as a possibility, but I haven’t been able to find an exact model match, so I don’t want to assume the maker.
Does anyone recognize the maker, approximate era, or possibly the model? I’d also be interested to know if the 5/16-18 brass pin, butt construction or ringwork points toward a particular maker.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Here is some picture that i took.

still a nice looking cue and with a good shaft might be an excellent player for even a good player.

and saleable to someone, with some shafts or one with same size threads.

Most likely full splice. No weight bolt.

If one likes the weight and balance, screw on a good shaft and go to town.
