Need Tip Information

I recently replaced the tip on my break cue, and I suspect that the technician sold me a softer tip.
I’d asked for a Samsera True hard tip, which I was assured that was in stock. The tip I’d received hits “soft” and I’m pissed.
The previous tip had bluish green lettering on the back. This one has black and white lettering.
I’ve attached a picture of the tip they’d sold me below. Can anyone give me the tip hardness on this tip? It does not sound anything like the previous one.

That's the current j/b tip. The True hard play tip has brownish/gold logo with a 'H' on it. Are they still in production? I know the cue co. folded, is Ted Harris selling their tips? The Samsara site shows no tips.

I've received a few J/B tips from Samsara about a year ago, they were selling for a good price (interesting why they don't have them on the web site anymore).
I haven't installed any of them yet so I can't say how they feel compared to a 17 years old Samsara tip I had in my tool box which I've installed.
But here are some pictures of the last batch I got from them if it helps

These were shot on a gray mat and the white balance was correctly leveled so these are true colors if your monitors are calibrated correctly (best to use an iPhone or iPad for accurate colors, not that there are much of them)

Thanks for the info.

I’ve purchased a few of these tips over the years. I liked the hardness (88) and playability. It was my “go to” tip when I was carrying one cue stick.
When I added a break cue (BKIII) I loved the sound and ball movement from the Samsara tip. Unfortunately, the tip had worn down and had to be replaced.

I distinctly remember the color (aqua blue) from before. I believe that my cue technician may have mistakenly installed a softer tip (black), which has a softer feel and hit.

I’m still hitting the stack pretty well. However, I’m not getting the spread that I was accustomed to doing. Before investing in another tip, I want to make sure that this tip hasn’t been discontinued.

I’m aware of the Samsara business outlook. I think that I can find that aqua blue tip somewhere.

Thanks for the update.
I appreciate having knowledgeable contributors help me. As a backstory, I called a local cue repair shop and asked whether they carried the Samsara hard tip. He said that he did, so I brought the cue in. What I saw should have thrown up an immediate red flag.
I’m going to skip the frustration and say this: Don’t trust your cue with someone who asks you about its construction.
