    3 things to keep in mind. First, 25% of the players in a double elimination tournament go 2 and out. You already did better than 25% of the players in the tournament. Second, a shot you make 6-7 times out of 10, you also miss 3-4 times out of 10. Nobody is 100%. Third, enjoy yourself.

    Just last week, I saw a guy at the hall with a Cuetec joint protector holder. It had a thin piece of plastic between 2 pieces of leather. I wondered if that would work for uniloc, but he didn't know and nobody close by had any uniloc joint protectors to try.

    Useful tip on chalk holders

    I have used quarters, but what I found worked better for me is carefully cutting the chalk holder down approximately halfway so it is not so tall.

    Anybody have any experience trying to switch your dominant eye?

    One "trick" I heard about in archery when I started a while ago is to put a piece of scotch tape on the lens of your (in your case) left eye. If you don't wear glasses, maybe clear shooting or safety glasses. I never tried it, I just bought a left handed bow and learned to shoot that way.
