So I bought a Joss JX-02 online at Billiard warehouse. I took it in to see if I could get it reduced from 19oz to 18oz. The guy took the bumper off and told me that there is no weight bolts in the back and that it was probably originally a 20 and they just took out one of the weights to make it...
