Well, reality is that 4" pockets will benefit your game and for the people that think that is to narrow and almost impossible to play hard shots or move the cue ball around, did you see the pool masters? If they tell you they were playing on 4.5" you would have believe them.

By high level I say any +600 Fargo, not a small percentage at all.

I assure you that almost all good players wanted to play in smaller pockets, the harder the challenge the sweeter it gets!!!!

New players can choose to play in a easier table, good players can't find smaller pockets almost anywhere.

I think 4.5" are too easy for any level pro and top amateurs, once you try 4" you will love it 😀
