Carbon fiber for the slickest feel, what grit?

From https://forums.azbilliards.com/threads/how-to-make-old-carbon-fiber-shaft-slick-again.576897/#post-8162058 Here is Predator's before and after photo of a refinished Revo shaft. See how refinishing dulled the surface: Its $80 for 'recharge' and replacing tip. See price list and above...

Can’t get a straight, accurate answer from anyone. What is the story of this cue? Mispelled Mizerak (MiSerak)

Either its a typo or eBay sold a Mizeral last July for $52 including shipping:

New 'dope' for Predator junkies...... the 'Centro'

The i-3's ferrule is a little complicated. It sits on wood and a carbon fiber tube. Another part of the ferrule sits inside the carbon fiber tube. Compare that to Revo's carbon-fiber shaft where the vault plate sits on a carbon fiber tube and also inside the tube. _

How often do you see your local players with a really good, and solid Pre shot routine?

This one isn't on stances so much as the grip. ShortStop admits he had more of a death grip during his career but argues for a better grip that will be less subject to timing and unconscious corrections.

    Becue Leonardo Balance System

How different are Becues' carbon fiber shafts from other manufacturers? Becue claims the new Prime 2 shaft is the "most flexible carbon fiber shaft on the market". How does that and its earlier carbon fiber shafts compare to other companies' carbon-fiber material? Given the three anecdotes...

    Cuetec Break Shaft

A little hokey and is temporary: Insert a fishing line along the threads in the shaft joint with some of the line sticking out of the joint. Insert butt.

    Becue Leonardo Balance System

Although the air won't reach 80C in a car, objects in it could ( 80 degrees Celsius is 175 degrees Fahrenheit): According to the National Weather Service, the atmosphere within the car is "warmed little" compared to that of the objects within the car. A dark dashboard or a seat, for example...

    Becue Leonardo Balance System

Since there should be little change in the carbon fiber shaft after manufacturing, the manufacturing would be the more likely culprit for bad shafts. Becue would know to what extent their manufacturing produced any not-straight shafts. For what its worth two posted here about not-straight...

    Becue Leonardo Balance System

Some discussion of whether carbon fiber shafts warp at https://forums.azbilliards.com/threads/can-carbon-fiber-shafts-warp.492235/ Most posters thought CF shafts would not warp. If that occurred it may have been because it was manufactured that way or a slight warping does occur over time...

    Becue Leonardo Balance System

McDermott has the features of an old-school cue company being in Wisconsin and its history with wood cues but its actually adventurous. Forget about the exterior wood of the H-Series and concentrate on the carbon fiber rod inside that wood butt. That will make up for any problem with the...

    Becue Leonardo Balance System

The H-Series weights that can be placed anywhere in the butt may be over-kill. The ability to place it at bumper end and middle of the Mezz Avant butt may be enough:

    Becue Leonardo Balance System

I suspect McDermott's system is more for the finicky. I would like to buy a used one but few are for sale. The only thing wrong with them seem to be a need for something like Loctite to keep the weights and spacers in place. Others complained about the effort required to find out where the...

    Becue Leonardo Balance System

the Leonardo Balance System allows weights to be placed in the last few inches of the butt. McDermott's weight system in its H-Series cues allow varying the amount and location of weights along the length of the butt!

    Your First Time

It was nothing special the first time I played pool. I think this was in part because I never had great vision until I had a partial-corneal transplant. With that, I could see better than I had ever before. Now, pool is very interesting and enjoyable.

    Lowest Deflection Wood Shafts

Given how hard cue tips are, I thought not much of the tip hits the ball. These photos, however, from Dr Dave's "Amazing Billiards Physics in Super Slow Motion" shows a large tip area is compressed against the cue ball. Nonetheless, there is likely a much smaller area in which most of the...

pool cue once in a lifetime buy

Louisiana law can require that seller ensure from the discussion prior to the sale that he provide buyer with what its clear that buyer expected (or price accordingly). Under the facts presented, its clear no law was broken. It is an ethical issue not a legal or moral issue. Ethically? Hell...

You got a point with Temu. The buffalo horn, though, was not Temu. It was Cue Components Company for $6 (now $9) each.
