Barry Stark - Snooker Coach.. and elbow drop

1:57- "You better make sure you get through it straight. Because if you don't, you are going to miss." 2:14- He's wrong about tip contact time. 2:30- He states that if no elbow drop works for you, then it is correct for you. 3:07- Here starts a little speech that any one with an IQ over 3...

Obsessed with how many feather-strokes I will do

If you are concentrating on your feather stroke numbers, you are wasting your time. You shouldn't be counting them in game time. You can only concentrate on thing at a time. And if it's how many feather strokes, it isn't aim, speed, and exactly where to hit the cb. Put your focus where it should...

Robin dreyer...another great weekend of improving

I just read this thread. Please explain how Scott stating that Robin is an excellent instructor is putting him down. I guess some people only see what they want to see. Sad that you have to resort to making things up to run down someone else.

Why Aren't More Taking the BU tests?

Please note that I never said anything about his playing ability equating to his teaching ability. YOU just did though. The reason I asked you to have him try it is simply because I believe he at least used to be a very god player, and I know Dr. Dave would like some more scores from good...

    How good was Keith McCready?

I'll add some to that. Keith was not really a tournament player. Now, don't get me wrong there, he won some and cashed in a lot. But, his forte was not one chance short races. Where he excelled was money games. Where you play and play and then play some more. That gave him time for his scary...

    Payball

Just for perspective- According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics consumer price index, the dollar experienced an average inflation rate of 4.04% per year. Prices in 2016 are 518.6% higher than prices in 1970. In other words, $100 in the year 1970 is equivalent to $618.57 in 2016, a difference...

    How good was Keith McCready?

Well. it was actually a different game on different conditions, so it makes it hard to do a direct comparison. That said, I would put his top gear right up their with today's elites, and maybe even a little higher. Look at Shaw today. He makes shots that impress others, and because of those...

    How good was Keith McCready?

I'll try and answer your questions without getting too long. Nah...that ain't going to happen...it will get long. But I think you will understand better. I'm sure you have seen videos of deathball and the likes of him before. Lots of constant banter going on, and all watching like they are...
