Okay I understand the 13'8" is recommended for a 9 ft table and 58"cue. My question is that I have 13' wide room and is it do able. Or should I go with a 8.5 pro? Thoughts please.
I agree. The guy can be hard to like but he makes the one pocket greatest list. I don't think Cliff could give weight to all of them. Some of them for sure and only in one pocket. Cliff is certainly a one pocket legend.
If your planning to start playing a lot of 9ball/10ball jump break cue is great and important IMO. A lucasi or a cheap schon "if there is such a thing" is a great first playing cue.
I edited my top 10 :-). This is a great thread
Top 10 IMO
1. Efren Reyes
2. Buddy Hall

5 Willie Mosconi
6. Johnny Archer
7. Mike Sigel
8. Willie Hoppe

My top 10 would be something like this. Top 50 is really hard.
1. Efren Reyes
2. Buddy Hall
3. Earl Strickland
4. Nick Varner
5 Willie Mosconi
6. Johnny Archer
7. Mike Sigel
8. Willie Hoppe
9. Francisco Bustamante
10. Minnesota Fatts
Earl was playing even with Sigel at 19. He was kicking his ass by 25. Strickland is top 5 of all time for sure. Probably the best shot maker to ever play.
