I don't know, I don't think so. I think its a lot older. Have they been making them or a long time? It looks like the STL-3 only has one solid color in the points. The one I have has like 3. It's kinda hard to see in the pictures though.
Hey guys, I just bought this schon with 4 shafts last night and I'm wondering what kind it is? Maybe how old it is?
Thanks!

Hmm, Yea I use a Z shaft on my schon and my friend uses a 314 on his. Mine seems to hit harder than his, although mine is 18 oz and his is 19. Maybe that weight difference makes it hit harder? I dunno
I have noticed that many schons have different hits. Some of them hit really soft and others hit really hard. Does the tip/shaft have anything to do with this?
Im looking to buy a cue and I have about 3-500$ to spend. Im either looking for an older schon. Preferably an R series. Or perhaps a predator or pechauer with a 314 2nd gen. PM or reply with any offers.
Thanks!
hah, it was hilarious though... it was freezing cold and there was like 10 of us standing outside saying how theres no way hes goin to do it... sure enough the little guy came flying over the hall soaring down right to his feet... everyone was laughing and saying, "what the hell just happened!?"
one guy wins a c note for calling in a duck in the hall parking lot at 3am with a duck call... the duck landed 5 feet from him within 15 seconds of him using the call... best hustle ive seen in a while haha
Something similar happened to me also. We traded cues, i sent mine and he never sent his. He claimed that i was a scammer and i tried to get a free cue. He received my cue a week or so late b/c the mail sucked, but he sent me pics of the packaging. It was torn open and the schon that i sent him...
