I received a message from someone recently that suggested a segment on the mentality of the game. That is such a broad subject that I am going to add a whole section to my website dedicated to just that.

Thanks for that... I needed a smile today. :D One of the things that makes me so consistent is that I break the skills down, practice them with my drills and train my mind and body how to perform them without thinking about it.

Elevated bridge is now on the list. I have actually had requests on this subject from several people. I am thinking about bumping it up on the list of upcoming releases.

The break video we just put up on the site explained the body and the motion of the break. We made the decision to do a second one very soon that goes into more detail about the rack and the game being played.
