Most people will hate this comment, but the cues are consistent. Graphite, fiberglass, etc. You just sacrifice a lot of feel for it though. I have a friend who swears by the way a cuetec fiberglass shaft was more consistent than his players wood cue.

I am far from an angel, but I'd find it hard to be consistent if I had to keep repurchasing equipment. How do I become better or more consistent if I break my playing cue? That being said, I have broken a few cues, but only once intentionally. On the break, I've broken a J&J, a cuetec, and...

A pair of guys I play with on occasion purchased DP cues from ebay. I'd say they are nice cues for the money. If I was looking for a cue with a Radial pin, I'd probably pick one up. The 2 cues I used have(had...) a small weight bolt in it, that when removed made the cues balance forward...

There are two parties in the deal, and Black-Jack is not one of them. I do hope people continue to speak of custom cue makers they meet without fear of being blamed. Without word of mouth, there really wouldn't be a known field.
