It was done by a person named Gus Pinca of Ting Cues in New Jersey. At least that is what the receipt said. I've have never been able to find any info on him. In the buttcap (under the wieght bolt) it says "Ting 02/19/2004" I do not have the receipt, it was never sent back to me by Mike Webb.
