    Loree Jon Snooze.............

In a professional tournament absent a referee, IMHO Yes. If by chance they both didnt see it AND it's being moderated or commentators are calling the match for a sponsored live stream, those commentating should be allowed and obligated to make the players aware.... This may be a blasphemous...

    Guess the Maker.

They're in Ebony...You wouldn't see any gaps with inlays from the pics posted...LOL...They could still be there. Prabably are.. Unless the corners were hand cut after pocket milling, they are there. Could be there regardless from loose pocket milling. Unfortunately the messenger forgot some...

    Guess the Maker.

Whomever did it is not only very picky but was able to get it done and didn't settle for just ok. With the style of cue the OP posted, my first thought was of someone who would do such nice leather and that was the Pete's. Kudo's to the owner

    Guess the Maker.

Not hard to do when a wrap is done as nice as that AND the maker's (Pete's) previous work has similarities another may be emulating... Of course if you were able to tell the differences you'd understand but then again you can't so, ya know... You're not alone though as I caught as well

    Guess the Maker.

Because of the leather and ring under the wrap, that was my first thought but John's points usually touch at the bottom. Of course unless he trimmed the bottom of the prong to make room for the ring??... It looks like great work so I wouldnt be surprised.
