    Predator losing influence?

Predator is a marketing company. They have never made a cue. Not one. ever. From day one they have farmed out the actual building of the cues and even shafts. I don't think anyone at Predator even puts a tip on honestly. It was farmed out to several US companies in the beginning and has been...

The BIG low deflection Hype Campaign.

Efren used to play with a tip that I thought was an elk master and he had a metal washer glued on first.(Between the tip and ferrule). This would be the opposite of lightening the end closest to the tip. obv.

    Napa national payout issue

Once registration was closed, several weeks before the tournament, NAPA knew this would be the Maximum entries they could have. After that, it was just a matter of how many of the 677 would show up. 90% of them did. The point still remains that NAPA knew well in advance exactly how much money...

    Napa national payout issue

You can qualify several ways. If you don't qualify by the regular methods, you can have a qualifier tournament in your local area. just get 4 -16 of your pals together and everyone throws in $XX and the winner is in. I don't know the exact rules for this but they have a matrix for it as well...

Exact numbers for 8ball were as follows: Masters/grandmasters division had 88 players Class "A" had 159 Class "B" had 175 Class "CDE" had 120 That is 454. there might be a very few that played in the other tournaments that didn't play 8 ball but that number is very low. They knew how many...

    Napa national payout issue

There were nothing close to 1200 and there never were. Not on any year have they ever had more than 600 entries and that counts most people multiple times. There have never been that many and there was no reason to think that they would miraculously going to show this year. It's all smoke and...

    Napa national payout issue

In the Masters/grand masters division, 1st place payouts were as follows. 8Ball, $1000.00 9Ball $360 and 10 ball $350.00. Alex Olinger won 8 ball and 10 ball while Julio Aquino won 9ball. The CDEF bracket paid $350 for 10ball. Alex might get home slightly ahead of his expenses, if he is very...

The BIG low deflection Hype Campaign.

I'm sure Omar would argue that putting distance parameters in your argument will only helps his. The distance parameter says that the lack of adjustment is still within the margin for error and the ball still goes in without adjustment. If there was no margin for error, it would not.

The BIG low deflection Hype Campaign.

Kel, You seem to be going on the assumption that everyone out there is looking for the one magic shaft that will make their game better. This is not true. The LD cue companies want you to believe that type of stuff, and players are looking for a way to get better, as long as that way doesn't...
