2000 or whatever situps is actually bad for posture. You also need to train the opposite muscles (antagonists), which would be the back. He looks great though, and is clearly still kicking ass.
It would be pretty sweet if all the naysayers and haters could just spew their stuff in this thread, instead of shitting up perfectly good threads. That way I can just stay out and judge things for myself.

I do that occasionally, but I'm usually too impatient and end up running balls
I hit plateaus all the time, but I usually have a decent idea of areas where I can improve my game. Video taping yourself playing from different angles helps a lot. Just going back to basics for a while.
