If I'm looking for a power break, I'll use a lighter cue to get an equal speed (momentum) on the break as the heavier one. But I've taken a bit off of the intensity of the break to ensure control of the cue ball.

Thanks for posting. This is how I remember McCready. In fact, even younger. That was way back at the Billiard Palace in Bellflower, CA. I first remember him 'woofing' Cole when he was about maybe 15 or so.

Nice bit history goes with that cue. It's a gorgeous looking cue. Me, I wouldn't be selling it, no matter what the circumstances are. But that's just me.
