Using the OB to Sweep in Pro One

I better stop reading those threads until I get the DVD (which is on it's way! :) ) It will only confuse me more. I thought the left or right sweep were based on the perception line running through CCB after getting both visuals, and not the CTE line. I seem to have read that that exact...

    Questions about CTE Pro One

This did it for me, very convincing! I just pulled the trigger for the DVD. Can't wait to get it and practice!

    SVB Playing Now!

Ahh gotcha! didn't see that in the begining

    SVB Playing Now!

Are you sure? Dustin Gunia is currently at 7, so he would've won already in a race to 9 Edit: Dustin now on hill (8) and Shane 6

    SVB Playing Now!

Thanks for the link, I just caught the last of the match. Hope to see the next one

    Pro One Shots

That would be greatly appreciated as well! The tough thing for us CTE/ProOne noobs is finding the visuals. If we could get your POV, and even pause the clip to see what you see, it would help a lot. I know practice on the table is best, but sometimes a video or comment from experienced users...

    Pro One Shots

Will follow this thread with interest. Until I pull the trigger and get the 2nd DVD, this will help me try out shots that I know are supposed to work. Knowing the visuals will eliminate the guessing in choosing the OB aim point and sweep. I really enjoy Stan's and Gerry's "multi-solution"...

    Appleton Vs Woodward Match

I actually like this idea, much like badminton or volley-ball matches. This would be interesting but could extend match duration however, and create delays in tournaments.

    John Barton VS Lou Figueroa

I'm not very interested in the arguing going on in this thread, but follow it anyways to hopefully get some CTE information. This is the Aiming forum after all. My simple question was how come C right and A left both yeild different shots? what do you do differently for the straight in left...

    Custom Pool Room

Thanks for bumping this thread, as I never saw it before! As many, I spent my morning sipping coffee and watching this beautiful, and can I say "EPIC" project come together. I am glad I had the chance to see it all in one go, and not wait for the updates! It's like starting a TV show when...

    Congrats Shane, USBTC 10-ball Champion.

Oh yeah, still undefeated in One pocket too. 4 matches so far so a total of 20 matches undefeated. Any updates on him vs Orcollo?

    Congrats Shane, USBTC 10-ball Champion.

Wow congrats Shane! That man is a machine. I was just looking at the brackets for the tournament here: http://www.ctsondemand.com/TournamentHome.aspx?TournamentID=1778d7cc-3490-4ba6-b0a6-91a755f0956f And He's undefeated so far in both 10-ball (which he won), and 9-ball, which he is currently...

Anyone looking for a 10 ball test spreadsheet?

Nice work! I'm interested. Pm sent :)

    Good match on YouTube

I'd suggest a match but don't remember who was playing. I just remember that Johnny Archer was doing some commentary and was pretty drunk towards the end. I'm pretty sure it was the Johnny Archer Classic. It was a good match, but hilarious commentary

CTE/Pro One Practice Table Set Up 2

I looked on kijiji for used tables and some would say 4x7. I'm not sure however if these are outside dimensions. That's what I think as well. Would be interesting to test because I had in mind that Stan specified a 2x1 ratio table. I think you are right that for shots that aren't banks, it...

CTE/Pro One Practice Table Set Up 2

Awsome! Thanks very much for your explaination. I understand what you mean now, and yes for me, it's very encouraging that shots will be the same regardless of the table being 7ft or 9ft. I am in the market to buy a table to practice but I want an exact 2x1 table in order for CTE to work. I...

CTE/Pro One Practice Table Set Up 2

Sorry about the quality of the diagram, it seems the forum downscaled it so it makes it hard to view the detailed edges of CB and OB. However, when you say that it appears the OB moves, it doesn't. I just changed the view around the CB, just as if I were shifting my eyes from left to right...

CTE/Pro One Practice Table Set Up 2

I really enjoy the feedback and explainations given on this technique. I don't have a pool table at home, and can only practice for 1-2 hours per week. I am getting OK results but still there is a bit of confusion. I used a pool game app on my phone to try and align a cut to the left corner...

CTE/Pro One Practice Table Set Up 2

Thanks, thats a good explanation, Since the lines aren't parrallel most of the time (except with CTE ETB? ) its hard to get the good visuals for me, but I can't wait to get more practice time with the system on the table. Sent from my LT30p using Tapatalk

CTE/Pro One Practice Table Set Up 2

I know people are getting excellent results, and it isn't without work. Like you, I will try to learn this system this year until it becomes second nature. I have seen Stan's videos on YouTube and I knkw there has to be a precise spot where you can perceive both lines. He sometimes shitfs a...
