U.S.Open 1 pocket, race to 4 Biado had Tony down 3-0, and shooting like God. But Tony got interested finally and commenced playing like I've never seen. I don't think Biado made more than 1 ball in the final 3 games.

My opinion of 8 ball has changed after watching the US Open matches recently. The amount of problem solving and creativity I saw those 2 nights elevates 8 ball out of the category of pablum.

I don't recall Filler missing a makeable shot. Of course he has, but not many people have witnessed that rare event.
