Thoughts on cuemaker's transition from 57 inch, 58 inch and over 60 inch cue.

Thank you for the advice. I still use a straight bridge arm I've tried the bent arm, but haven't been able to make the technique transition. That is a interesting thought you have about being closer I'll try bending it again. Cue fitting is interesting to me because sports like golf have an...

Thoughts on cuemaker's transition from 57 inch, 58 inch and over 60 inch cue.

Most US sporting equipment was made for a 5 ft 9/10 inch male. I don't know if this standard has changed. I was told by the BCA instructor that I took lessons from years ago that to properly fit the length of a cue you should stand up straight with your feet together and the cue should reach...

The problem isn't that non pool players don't know who Efren is

When I played league there was only one player who knew most of the pro's names. Quite a few thought Allison Fisher and Jeanette Lee were the two best pool players in the world because they were always on TV. A few wondered why we didn't play 7 ball because that was the "pro game". If pro...

    The Hustlers Second Season

Apologies to everyone for getting the show cancelled. If I like a show it's gone and if I hate it the show it's on for 20 years. Other than mountain men this was the only reality show I liked. Crap now they'll probably cancel that one to.

    Pool on FOX Sports!

Very professional...Well done guys I enjoy the events. Only thing I would have added was if its a safe environment for children to watch the matches to bring their son or daughter and spectate for an afternoon. Cheaper than taking them to watch MLB Side point because I don't know the answer...

    Live streaming is great

If they do the lessons I hope they don't waste 5 minutes saying "amateurs make these mistakes" I hate when golf instruction starts like that now your looking for problems that may not even exist and the pro is wasting valuable teaching time.

    Live streaming is great

The work the people do who bring streaming is outstanding. You get the entire match without one "pocket cam" shot or a closeup of a players face when your trying to see the table. Some of the streamers do run a quick ad of the sponsors between rack which is a good idea. Making the sponsor...

    14.1 ----101

This was one of the more entertaining threads i didnt realize race and points could set off a 7 page thread. Terms do mean something otherwise the doctor would just write "arm" on your chart regardless of why you went to the doctor. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WPGvKwggtl0

The sad state of winner break, big table pool.

Don't blame you those of us watching just want entertainment, but those of you in the arena should get their vote its a lot of money to spend especially if its your money. I don't have favorites I just want to see a skillful match

The sad state of winner break, big table pool.

I always heard pro players and very talented amateur players don't like a winner break format because its possible after all of their expenses they might sit in the chair watching their opponent break and run the match especially on a bar table. Any truth to it? If they don't like alternate...

    valley bar boxes

http://www.muellers.com/Pool-Tables.html I know somebody who bought two of the tables they played like you would expect a new table to play. They were easy to set up (don't need to be a table mechanic to assemble them) and came with cloth. It won't be simonis if that's what you like,
