You would need to test over coating auto paint with epoxy. There maybe a off gasing issue. That will give you a milky look.

Time is the answer. Myself as a cue maker would love to make $20 an hour. Building a cue takes alot of time. They value their time much less then us in the US. Their cost of living and standard of living is much lower. Their are cue makers there that have very high standard ,but overall the...
