Were you playing call shot/pocket? If you were, I would say the game can't be won on a uncalled shot. Isn't that why the 10 spots in normal 10-ball rules?
The league I play in is the same way and I disagree with it also.
I think a forfeit should give max points, not just the average.
I realize it's an unlikely scenario, but it sure will suck if at the end of the year you lose a position or something by just a few points. Or if you do round...
Go to your local "game room" vendor who supplies tables for tournaments and bars and I bet they'd have some broken Valley slates they'd give you for cheep or free.
A guy I know got a small piece he uses just to practice jump shots.
dvs, can you tell me what is the longest shaft/butt that will fit in it? Also, sis you get a chance to see the soft/butterfly case of the same design?
Thanks!
Jerry
Anybody remember what the start time was for the Mosconi Cup last time it was in Vegas? I was thinking it was 6:30 pm but I'd like to confirm it.
Thanks!
They made a call the 9 rule for league and I thought it was silly.
Best part was it had the unintended consequence of being able to pocket a ball and call safe.
Straight in on the 1 ball with no path to the 2 ball. Call the 9 ball and pocket the 1 ball.... Didn't make the 9 ball, go sit...
Do you mean which multi-piece shaft feels most like a one piece? I'd vote Jacoby
LD has more to do with end mass than shaft construction. My solid maple Meucci Pro is lower deflection than my Jacoby Hybrid or Lucasi Hybrid or OB.
I've also been very impressed with how LD a 30" long 12.5mm...
I've never had the predator, but between the other two I like the Jacoby. It's a firmer hit and you don't have to roll the cue around looking for the dot....
Plus you don't have to defend your choice to the Meucci haters...lol
I've owned a bunch of them and the Meucci pro is certainly my favorite. I'm currently shooting with a Jacoby Edge, but that is only because I was able to get it in a 32" length and didn't see the Meucci was available in more than a 30"....
The one thing I've noticed more than anything in...
I apologize if I missed a previous post about this, but I'm watch SVB and Superman playing in Duluth and Shane has a black Revo looking shaft on his cue. I'm guessing it's just a black Cuetec shaft, but can anyone confirm?
Thanks,
Jerry
Maybe, but what's odd to me is that the first time they played last weekend I don't remember either checking. So maybe Corey watched the match on youtube and saw something he wanted to check out?
I like both of those guys, so I'm not really taking a side on it. I just don't think it's fair for...
Sorry I don't know who Justin is and I don't see how that answers the question asked of you. The only thing I've been able to determine so far from this exchange is that no mater what I post, you are likely to respond one more time with some childish hope to get the last word in and still fail...
