You should put these cues up at an auction house near Hollywood... The Cues are valuable enough by themselves, but the bidding for the notoriety of these cues might get nutty... Lots of Hollywood types are secret collectors too...

Not sure what you expect in that range... If you can get a Production Schon/Joss/Predator at good doscount then place the order and be done with it... You aren't going to get an elaborate custom in that range... Maybe if you lurk and pounce on a deal you will, but not asking for deals...
