can someone verify what kind of cue is this ?? can someone tell me more information about this cue ,I want to see if is worth it to refinish and who was the cue maker .

i'm not sure if i'm in the correct thread or not , i alway's wanted to know..some cue got some really unique sound after hitting the object ball with the cue, is that have to do with the shaft or the tip??
