I was basically saying as a TD when its someone you dont know its hard to get a handicap for him... you dont wanna make them so high that it discourages them from coming back either.. it may have been proven after the fact, but beforehand the TD had no idea and took his word for it... apprently...

I do agree, sometimes people to play lights or over there head. I remember playing a few stops on the "K" tour, never won more than one match ina single tournament... then one day on the 30k in newmarket, I played really well and beat a few locals.. I heard so many people whinning to Willy...

I think i tend to agree with you, it is kind of sad really.. I dont know either person or anything. But I really dont think this is the setting to argue about personal differences..

10 ball is a great game...especially if you play the called shots variation of it!

in regards to sinking the 8ball after making your last ball.. yes its still a loss for the second question.. if his ball was sitting there for a little while and then just "fell" in on its on.. on a coin op theres not much you can do about it..unless you p[ay money to get that ball back.. but...

Was in shooters last night, they had the dates posted up until the new year, 4 at Big Wigs and 4 at Shooters..I didnt bother to write them down so Im not sure when they are.. Pretty sure it starts on October 17th tho

similar rules yes.... 10ball is called shots - Ball in pocket. however call a safety, or just a shot and pcketing a ball. or pocketing the ball in a different pocket allows the opponent to shoot where it lies, or pass the shot back. similar to a push out after a break.
