The easiest way... Just take a drop of saliva and let it set on the spot for 20-30 saconds. Then take a piece of brown paper bag and burnish the hell out of it for 20-30 seconds till you can feel the HEAT thru the bag. Magic...the spit swells the wood, the bag dries and seals it. You are...

I'm with you.... Old Schooler also, learn your rails and you will never need a jump cue. Take some practice time....hang a ball in every corner, take cue ball BEHIND the line and make all four balls going at LEAST 3 rails. When you can make all 4 consecutively you'll be on your way.:grin:

Yes..It matters.. Yes, R.I. players are lower on the scale than so-called MASSholes. Also the rules I've always played by are that it's the opponents responsibility to inform you of 2 fouls or a frozen ball. If your opponent is not engaged in the match it is not your responsibility to inform...
