Dennis vs Ko, race to 100, 20K.

You brought up something that I would like to discuss. ****Pool Is Boring To Watch**** I'm around pool a lot, probably more than most people. I have a good sweat bet on this match. Bought the stream to watch it. But I was so bored watching this pool match that I regretted of buying. I...

Dennis vs Ko, race to 100, 20K.

I don't see anything wrong with giving the guy who puts up a very, very large amount of money to make these games happen a few moments of glory. As I said, you have the option to "mute". It's so simple really.

Dennis vs Ko, race to 100, 20K.

You're entitled to your opinion. But I don't see any correlation of his perceived lack of knowledge of pool -in your opinion- has anything to do with what he does for the "gambling" part of pool.

Thanks for the updates guys. I'm at a party and cannot watch.

John French is good action, good for the game. He's very enthusiastic, obviously. But I can't blame him. His horse is in competition Just mute the speakers.

What real good player/pro has bet the most on themselves?

Alex supposedly lost high 5 digits of his own in the Philippines many years ago against DO.

What real good player/pro has bet the most on themselves?

Old days, I guess it's Cooney. For the modern days, it's SVB and the Criminal. I know for a fact that SVB bet 5 digits of his own a few years back.

Dennis calls Shane out for 20k

John, I like you a lot, and we're cool. But you're in a bad game against Lou. You have too much heart, which is good, but sometimes it's bad. But you were the one who cancelled all bets in the Action Room regarding your match against Lou, including my bet. Truth be told, I offered to...

Jay Helfert resigned as Tourney Director at the US Open

Jay and Allen are both caught in a no-win situation here from a simple mistake, which turned out to be a big problem. I just looked at it from Allen's perspective as well. He incurred quite a bit of expenses to be there. Through no fault of his, who would be responsible for his expenses...

Jay Helfert resigned as Tourney Director at the US Open

Apples and Oranges. Allen was confirmed and assured of his spot as we know. A mistake was made by BB in leaving Allen's name off the list. BB tried to rectify that mistake but ended up compounding the problem.

Jay Helfert resigned as Tourney Director at the US Open

I rarely venture out to this part of town, so I don't realize how inappropriate my avatar is. Besides it's getting old looking at the same avatar. Off it is.

That avatar used to belong to someone else. I "won" it fair and square on a bet.

Jay Helfert resigned as Tourney Director at the US Open

Most are supportive of Jay's decision to resign. And if one takes into account of history that have happened between BB and Jay, as well as take into account of past history of BB, then it is even easier to understand the reason why Jay resigned. I just feel that Allen did not do anything...

Jay Helfert resigned as Tourney Director at the US Open

As as business model, the US Open is a losing proposition. It is almost impossible to turn the US Open into a profitable business. I feel that the US Open is nothing more than a playtoy for BB to have his fun, in which he loses quite a bit of money.

Jay Helfert resigned as Tourney Director at the US Open

If I understand it correctly, BB found someone local who volunteered his spot. How much more responsibility does a player need to do after he/she already confirmed his spot with the owner? 1 time, 2 times, 5 times???

Jay Helfert resigned as Tourney Director at the US Open

I believe it was an honest mistake by BB that Allen's name was not on the players' list. He compounded that honest mistake by making a bad executive decision, which broke the camel's back and resulted in Jay walking. As someone mentioned, Allen is an innocent bystander. He was guaranteed...

Justin Bergman is only a barbox player and will never beat Shane race to 100.

There are a very few (pro) players who bet plenty of their own money, and Shane is 1 of those few. And there are also a very few (pro) players who would "not" get into a bad game, even when they're 100% backed. Justin is a fine, fine world class player and is highly underrated (kind of ironic...

    US OPEN: Fargo Rating Updates

I don't recognize all the names, but I don't see any female players' name in this list. That's quite interesting. Who is the highest ranking female according to the Fargo Rating? And what is her Fargo rating?

Barry is being Barry. He can, does and will make all calls. Right or wrong. It's his business (event). Jay did the right thing here.
