Jimmy's in mn has $10 all day with 9 footers, diamond barboxes, and 12 ft snooker table. Biffs also only charges $5 per person all day rate on like 16 diamond barboxes. That's the cheapest in twin cities. Other places have specials like shooters but that's like $16 for half day.
