Sounds as though if you are breaking under 20mph there is probably little concern with doing any damage to your player. Thanks Guys, Steve

I stopped breaking with my break cue a couple months ago because I felt more comfortable with my player. So far no ill effects. But, I do not have what you would call a monster break. My question to those who have broken shafts, etc., at what speed are you breaking ? Steve
