    Tight pockets?

In my opinion, tight pockets is a good learning tool. It requires much more precision in both pocketing and pattern play. You will learn to get on the correct side of balls and make the run out simpler instead of relying on cheating the pocket to get back in line.

Dennis is the US Open 1p Champion~

They will tell you... one pocket is a gambling game for long sets, its part of the moves to torture people ;) and that tournament 1p means nothing

Dennis is the US Open 1p Champion~

Well said. The commentators were basicaly just saying "dennis doesn know this shot" and other stuff along the likes of it. I found it funny because the man who rarely plays 1p won a majOr 1p tourney. But then of course 1p lovers would say it doesnt mean much bcause 1p is a gambling game lol.

Who the f**k is Ko Pin-Yi?

No matter the amount of money, a match between these two players would be interesting to watch. Because of the level of play, I would like to see them play on tight pockets to really bring out all the aspects of their games.

Dennis is the US Open 1p Champion~

Congrats to Dennis. That was brutal to watch but shows a lot about Dennis' game. He doesn't seem to know too many 1P shots, but his pocketing and cue ball control compensated for the lack of knowledge and made him a champion. Impressive.

Who the f**k is Ko Pin-Yi?

That'd be nice, except 20k is worth a lot more to Ko than SVB. Unless he has a backer he would be in a disadvantage.

Who the f**k is Ko Pin-Yi?

Yea I saw that one on stream. Too many players in Asia who when catches a gear can beat any of the world's best on any given day. This US Open 10 ball is quite a treat this year, almost the level of play in a major international tournament.

    US 10 Ball

I think the uploader's account got removed because of copyright issues. That was a good match and one of the biggest achievements for Ko. He's still young though, but has been playing professionally for quite awhile already.

I believe Wu's played in America before in the mid to late 2000s.

Who the f**k is Ko Pin-Yi?

Yup, and several other young folks that can shoot the lights out as well. If you saw the all Japan open last year, the Taiwanese-loaded field destroyed everyone.

    US 10 Ball

I heard that Ko ran a 7 pack or something close to that. Played safe and Carlo messed up and ran the set out.

    US 10 Ball

Ko Pin Yi has the best break in 10 ball. Although 9-0 seems a bit ridiculous, but Ko can string multiple racks together at any time.

Who the f**k is Ko Pin-Yi?

Time to start watching some real international matches. Ko Pin Yi is a very strong player from Taiwan. There are still a good amount of players absent from overseas that can play this well.

    Player skill rating

It is quite popular among pool players to give themselves a rating such as A, B, C, etc. But these ratings can be extremely subjective at times. I have read several descriptions of player ratings, but have found them to be just a list of characteristics. People tend to overestimate their games...

Help a player learn/pay forward/help pool grow/share your story of help here.

Im currently a college student and have helped quite a few people in school with their games. I am at best a B player but still was able to teach people what the correct way to play the game is. I have witnessed a couple break and runs by students who were D players when i met them. I do this...
