What kind of tip is on it?

I carry a Rugged 2x3 with a Jon Spitz sneaky made from a John Davis blank along with all the other typical paraphernalia. I'm between break cues as I seem to be constantly searching for one I like using better than my player. Sorry for bad iPhone pics.
