Are there any streamers with good quality equipment in our area? In July or August I will once again be starting up an Open Bar Table Nine Ball Tour here in Wisconsin. Format for this event Will be real close to the old Rackem Tour which I ran "oh God" 15 years ago. Wow how time flys...
