The spring session of Shooters Billiards (MN) Straight Pool League will begin next Monday night at 7:00 pm. League play is handicapped and all experience levels of players are welcome. If you live in the area and enjoy this historic game, this league is for you.

We always try to split our players into separate divisions based on player ratings. Usually 600 and above ratings and below 600 in the other division. I believe it makes for more interesting matches (closer ball spot). If we had games played, say to 150-15, the 150 player would have to play such...
Interesting topic that we have been discussing in our league for some time. Some players can finish a 150 point game in less than 2 hours with regularity, while others seem to take considerably longer even with 100 point games.
