No matter how much was offered for the cue or not, the bottom line is that Brian (OP)ordered the cue and spent years waiting for it. Jeff should of BENT OVER BACKWARDS to get him the cue that he waited for. Brian could have had anyone build that cue but he chose to wait years to have Jeff build...
