Yeah they got lucky and escaped any significant damage at all....but just 2min down the street towards Naples got hit hard. And the beach spot I'd always go called Estero got it bad too.

Whereabouts? My parents condo is FortMyers area, near to Naples. They got hit pretty hard by that last Typhoon : ( Flights from here direct to FL are soo appealing it's hard to justify vacationing anywhere else....sometimes as low as $50

Plain Janes or Merry Widows... usually don't have the full splice. LOL they are solid pieces A-jointed, sometimes with a leather wrap. 🤷‍♂️ I'm partial to the term....Fancy Sneaky Petes. ; )
