Hello Chris, I'll be straight with you. The cue you have come up with has unorthadox porportioning and is not an easy cue to make. CNC or no CNC doesn't matter. It's not a cheap design to exacute by any means. My guess is that you will not get a ton of bids on your project, because not...

I'll try to help on this. I think you need to find out what glue they are using to install the wrap. Most use Elmer's cut with water, and that is pressed and wiped off as the wrap is installed. Elmer's dries fast and I have not seen or heard of an issue of it staying wet or bleeding thru...

You get up too early,:shocked2: at 5am I'm still a zombie. LOL. I had a piece of ivory crack in half the shop just sitting there on my workbench overnight. Also I keep the shop nice and warm all winter as well. I feel your pain!
