Not sure if my situation is appropriate enough, but I've been using a 1x1 Sterling case to store my cue and it's worn down extremely bad. In my country it's not too easy to find a quality case for cheap. I'd be willing to pay shipping fee if i'm the lucky one :)

Yeah it's a shame that's not Eric's cue, nevertheless the cue is beautiful and was very well built. I'm not a fan of purple heart but this one surprised me big time!

Mind me for asking, but I once inquired a reputable cue maker and he refused to make a snakewood PJ right away due to fragileness of that wood type. Is it true? Anyway, outstanding cue from Ernie!

As big of a fuss as it already is, I figured it's not bad to let us dealers know they are doing the right thing. At least their reputation would remain respected and people won't have to worry THAT much when dealing with both parties in the future. I agree with you we had too much unwanted side...
