Is Schmidt's and charlie 626 Legit

I agree. Danny's issue seems to be anger that Schmidt was the one to break the record, and has some personal grievances towards Schmidt. Danny has posted no end of malicious and provably false allegations. It seems to come down to Schmidt et. al, and many others don't really care what Danny...

Is Schmidt's and charlie 626 Legit

JAM posted a good summary in that old 2005 thread that Danny resurrected in 2012 to point out he was still owed some money. "It was the Mid-Atlantic 9-Ball Championship, which occurred exactly one week after the Music City Open and the Derby City Classic. Also, it was held on Super Bowl...

A quick search turned this up.... https://www.poolroom.com/tag/barry-behrman/ "The 2000s also saw Behrman’s reputation tarnished by several prize fund shortfalls and an eight-month stint in jail, the result of hosting illegal casino nights at his home and failure to pay back taxes on his...

Is Schmidt's and charlie 626 Legit

I hadn't heard about this. When was that? Who was the promoter that backed out? Was the issue with Charlie Williams that he didn't go to bat for Harriman, or was Charlie Williams involved in managing the event?

SVB to Kick Off High Run Attempts

I knew there had been practice days, but I figured the data would be 'cleaner' once the event started so didn't look at the videos from those days. By the end of day 2 there hadn't been any stats posted except mention of some of SVB's biggest runs. I was curious about the distribution of runs...

SVB to Kick Off High Run Attempts

Yes, I saw that, but there were also times when SVB missed a shot, then would set it up again and try it again, and only then would they'd re-rack and start over. I didn't want to consider those shot replays as anything so filtered them out, and that would filter out that 2 and 4 ball run...

SVB to Kick Off High Run Attempts

There are three Day 3 SVB videos today, and I copied them and did a software scan. There was one chopped video where it started mid-rack. There was another scorekeeper error today. (If today's scorekeeper can make errors I bet the ones 70 years ago did as well? Babe Cranfield didn't talk...

Hi Danny, yes, i can understand why you would think John Schmidt is a great 14.1 player. On another thread today it was pointed out that the DCC 14.1 Challenge has been run from 2006 to 2019. John Schmidt has placed in the money every year (except 2013), for a total of 13 times. This is more...

Danny, welcome back! Once again you're responding to a post that's more than a year old as if it were posted yesterday. Your arguments a year ago were already dismissed as fluff.

SVB to Kick Off High Run Attempts

i read that someone used Dr. Dave's Table Difficulty Factor, and this event table is rated 'very easy'. That doesn't include the cloth, just the table size, pocket sizes and shelf. Earlier on this thread the event people thought the table should be optimized for making big runs easy.

Danny Harriman would stand off back in the audience and throw chalk at him. After every shot, Lou would loudly proclaim "Maybe he made that shot, and maybe he didn't" Earl would go ballistic over something and have the ref in a headlock while John was trying to shoot.. Mike Duschene would be...

Not AI, just video analysis. The software just keeps track of what balls are on the table, and where they're located. It can tell the balls apart if the video is of good quality. On Youtube there are lots of matches where the camera is of poor quality, or wasn't color calibrated. The balls...
