work was started on it, which is why it looks modified. the white flaky stuff you see could be from sanding. there is no finish at all.

I picked this up a while back, but some work was already done to it. It was sold (i bought it) as an ebony titlist made by brunswick. I also took pictures next to my titlist converted cue. I know there's a lot of experts in here and I would just like to confirm. Thanks.
