    Jason "buffalo" hunt anecdotes #2

I'm sorry but a 3 pack on a barbox (which he self admits he almost predominantly plays on) is not that impressive. A 7 pack if he really did is impressive but still by no means rare or some great occasion. Playing 8 ball its impressive but still happens. Yes, from what I've heard he can play...

    Jason "buffalo" hunt anecdotes #2

There was a thread on here a few months ago about a player named Jason "buffalo" Hunt about all the crazy claims he's made and his hilarious attitude. Normally I wouldn't put out others business but he decided to make a couple of facebook notes between hisself and a lady who I will not name, and...

When you're opponent pulls a number on you!

We had a kid that was coming into our local room for quite some time and I had played him many many many times and seen and heard of other people playing him and he was always good for the money so most people got to the point of playing him without posting up first. Well one day we start...

Why not Shane vs Lee Van Corteza

Shane has beat LeeVan a few different times actually, both 10 ball and 9 ball. He lost to him 9 8 in the 2010 us open 10 ball (even though he eventually won the tournament). Like someone else said, I dont really think LeeVan wants any. Shane is the master of these long races.

Instructors chime in!!! Shane hesitant in his PSR during TAR 21 first day?

In that video where Shane says "I own you" I think even better than him saying that is when he says "how much have I cost you this year?" alex says"$50,000" and Shane looks at him kinda with a sly grin and just simply says...."OUCH" lmao.

Looking for six piece pool cue for travel

With all do respect to the OP, and given I don't know them so I can't and won't pass a certain judgement, and given I have never seen you play either, from what I have heard you can hit them pretty sporty with a very high chance of being much better than the OP, and i'm sure that you, like most...

Be Careful dealing with Shotmaker Aka Mark Roach

Ok, fair enough, I was just going off what their website said. BUT the times in question here start around late June when he first told me he was going to canada for work, then it changed to a state, back to canada then changed again to a state. For at least Mont and myself our deals should have...

Looking for six piece pool cue for travel

Unless im under the wrong impression the OP isn't looking for a cue to take to a big tournament, just something to take on trips with him. With that being said, cues can still be taken on flights they just are not allowed as "carry on" items. So if he is going somewhere like vegas for a big...

Be Careful dealing with Shotmaker Aka Mark Roach

I also had a fairly bad experience with shotmaker. We were going to trade my ned morris for his dave albrecht. I told him from the very onset of the trade that the shafts were both being redone and would take a couple weeks to be finished as i had just sent them in. I ended up running into a...

Looking for six piece pool cue for travel

just curious if you read my first post on here (#9) in which i said this...(great minds think alike) I'm shocked that I'm the first one to suggest this to him, someone suggested chalk but that's it. Just do what the old hustlers used to do, pack with you a tip shaper, something to smooth/clean...

I'm shocked that I'm the first one to suggest this to him, someone suggested chalk but that's it. Just do what the old hustlers used to do, pack with you a tip shaper, something to smooth/clean the shaft and a good piece of chalk and just use a house cue. If it takes a little bit of getting used...

Cyrex please contact me regarding your refund!!!!

In my opinion, I don't know what all Dave has done to any of you. But it sounds like only one person on here is claiming they are owed any money by him other than Cyrex (if name is wrong sorry, couldnt remember). But the whole point of this thread was intended to right a wrong and all of you...

    Going Pro

Before you think about doing anything like trying to call yourself a pro or going to the BIG pro tournaments expecting something big of yourself...You better be able to beat everybody in your town first off, then if and when you do that, go to the next closest big town to you and be able to beat...

    Where's my cue?

Even if they are just doing it as a hobby that's WAYYY too long. I know a local guy to Fort Collins, Co. who builds cues as a hobby and for an extravagent cue he only says 1 1/2 to 2 years to finish and he says he usually gives himself a few month gap for unknown variables. The only way 8 years...
