I have been waiting on a cue for a lot longer then was originally implied, I just try to keep in touch every couple of weeks to see how things are progressing. The cue maker in question has always been really nice and has explained why things are taking so long. I don't think you should stop...

I have one of Mikes cues, a tulipwood plain jane, it is a great cue. Nice solid hit, and a nice looker too.

My Sportsman is in my garage in Iowa and I haven't had any issues yet. I was sure it would go to pot on me in the winter, but I didn't have any issues yet. I know this isn't the greatest method, but you gotta do what you gotta do sometimes.

I usually use a jump cue, but I recently put a little time in and can now jump with my playing cue, though not nearly the nice little hops that I can do with my jump stick.

Mine too, 6 rails, just has a dowel at the side pocket. It has been a really solid table for me. I am going to refinish it this spring and make a few modifications to it.
