Through the years I have settled on whats good for me. I stay away from phenolic tips, I dont seem to get good cue ball control on the break. I, like others, prefer a full 13mm shaft for breaking. That being said, Samsara, White Diamond, and Ultra Skin H tips are great IMO. But hey, a one piece...
