I've used an M16x1.5 tap but I was never happy with the fit. The Predator M16x1.5 bumper threads seem to be a little undersized and fit too loose for my liking, even when tapping into phenolic. I ended up making sleeves on a CNC to get the fit I was looking for.

I bought mine on ebay. You'll need the OXA size. The spacer that comes with it is a little too short. I made my own 1/2 inch spacer. Dave38? adapted a router mount that he bought which would be easier to implement.

The one that Chris Hightower sells is nice. It will need to be shimmed, but it comes with a metal spacer that is right for the Mid Size standard holder. If you get a QCTP, all that shimming nonsense goes away.
