The tap league in my area is full of sandbaggers as well. The same team won three years in a row with the same 8 players. They even found a way to decrease their skill levels over that time. They once had over 50 teams now they are down to less than 20.

I play in the APA - and have a great time. I play manily with family and friends. I have played TAP and it sucked. too may cheaters and sandbaggers. Our area of the APA does not have that problem. I played BCA for a bit and really did not like the one game format.
