    Another Farorate thread

Pretty much the same here. Slightly higher fr but my B&R on diamond bar box 9ball is about 15% due to an inconsistent break. On my 9' Diamond, it's about 20%. That is the only place it's 20% however. It's my happy place where I'm most comfortable. It's more like 10% on the 9' away from home...

Us 10 ball out of griffs ..nice reminder for the match room complainers

I don't like 100 attention whores saying Hi from (insert wgaf location here), just to get their names verbalized on the stream. I understand when he's streaming from Hard Times, because that's a large group of players and fans from the area who most likely know each other. That stuff looks much...

Us 10 ball out of griffs ..nice reminder for the match room complainers

If nothing else, it may bring Hatch and Morris back into contention. We may even see Pacquiao and Rogan make their professional pool debut. ETA I didn't see your hill-hill prerequisite.

Any Suggestions For a Break Cue Tip?

I currently prefer White Diamond but you may also want to check the other recent threads exactly like this one.

    Cue rack with gun sights

If you tilt the rack and break into the thin side you are less likely to scratch. If you break to the fat side you are more likely to scratch. I do not know if or to what degree a tilt will affect the spread.

Us 10 ball out of griffs ..nice reminder for the match room complainers

I appreciate what Collins is doing. Having said that, I wish it was more about pool than it is. Over half the "commentary" is BSing with the chat -which is annoying. Between everyone wanting to be acknowledged in the chat, and having a camera only to stream himself sitting in the booth, it seems...

    Predator tables

I bought a new Diamond Pro-Am 9 footer in Nov. of 2022. It banks exactly like my previous gold crowns. It does not bank short at all.

Us 10 ball Why the single elimination finals?

Single elimination start to finish. The losers can gamble all comers or each other until the event is complete. No long delays waiting for the back draw to catch up, every match is for your tournament life, etc. Much better format imo.

I received this link from PayPal about the IRS today.

Wrong. The tax agency, in its long-awaited Strategic Operating Plan, said it will obligate about $8.64 billion of the new funding during the 2023 and 2024 fiscal years, and that 7,239 of the new hires during those years will be enforcement staff. That number ONLY includes the enforcement staff...

I picked up some hardware in Vegas!

Awesome man! I was telling my pool friends here in TN that you were in the hot seat. Thanks for the update. AZ had a good showing. I really wish they had someone on hand to personalize the stuff. Winning nationals should have your fawking name on the thing. Congrats Eric!

80,000 new ARMED agents was what this administration wanted. They have since given some ground and allowed some of the money to go to more worthwhile endeavors. I'll take "Things the dictatorship wanted" for another $2,000.

I received this link from PayPal about the IRS today.

I disagree 100% with this. BTW, the new standard deductions are nearly double what they once were, making it impossible for us to itemize the same amount -let alone more. Because of this, pool earnings are 100% profit through the eyes of the tax system we have. My complaint about my money going...

I received this link from PayPal about the IRS today.

I do not remember which 1099 CSI gave us. I am suggesting having the ability to offset one gain individually. If there is a way to do that specifically, someone should share it publicly. The new standard deduction could not be reached no matter how I itemized. I have a similar situation in...

I received this link from PayPal about the IRS today.

The fact that we cannot offset gains PER 1099 shows us how big of a scam it is. A few years ago I won a couple events at the state BCA championships. I had to 1099 something like $2500. There should be a way to deduct table time, cue cost, hotel stay, etc. Nope, just the standard deduction...

    What a tool!!!

I know this makes me sound like a caveman, but exactly this. There is no reason for that guy or anyone like him to exist at all. Big lead, 100+ higher rated, playing a young girl and still wets his pants. The only worse call I've seen recently was when some POS called a foul after a runout...

    Dumbest tournament rule ever???

I watched that match. Payne plays over his Fargo imo. I usually feel I can hang with the 630-670 guys fairly well (and generally do). That young man pots balls well and has a level head on his shoulders. His defensive shots and decisions need work but I could not hang with him regardless. He...

Anyone Use A Rhino Carbon Fiber Shaft?

I feel that with the proliferation of CF shafts, the Willard tip machine has never had more value. Most people never need to replace a ferrule and CF shafts do not get sanded, sealed and waxed. I've installed countless tips over the years with the Willard with no issues. The only shafts I've...

Anyone Use A Rhino Carbon Fiber Shaft?

I just received this from Rhino. Ever experienced that frustrating moment when a worn-out cue tip impacts your game? It's a challenge both new and seasoned billiards players face, influencing the precision and power behind your shots. Fear not! Rhino Billiards is here with a straightforward...
