Rhino shaft buyers, let 'er rip.......

Long taper for sure. I haven't seen a playing shaft but I imagine it's the same. Ordered it 12/21/23. Taom tip arrived yesterday. I'll throw it on today if I have time. Update: The Komet with a Taom break tip has much less power than the Little Monster with a White Diamond -imo. The sound...

Rhino shaft buyers, let 'er rip.......

I bought the Komet break cue to see how it stacks up. The tip that came on it is softer than the tip on my playing cue. It takes half the power out of the break. My Little Monster with a White Diamond tip can give it the 6 ball. I ordered a Taom break tip for it and will report back. -I don't...

Archer and Oscar talk it out live today at 3:00 CST

I had this playing in the background while I was working. Oscar lost money just being a part of that waste of time. He had much better things to do than listen to that BS.

Is Shaw considered the supreme 'middle o' pocket' potter?

As much as I cannot stand him, I will say Filler shoots as straight as anyone, ever. To me, Josh makes pool look the easiest. Not only does he fire long tough shots like they are hangers, but he does it naturally, without tiresome, robot-like mechanics.

Thin, knock-off, Magic Ball Racks are junk

Many tournaments in the Phoenix area provide a template rack at every table and players are required to use them. It 100% saves time. Ten seconds and the rack is good. Done. Beats the heck out of bothering my back bending over trying to get the balls to touch for a minute or more and in the...

Thin, knock-off, Magic Ball Racks are junk

Accu-racks are the best imo, but I've had good luck with the knock- off magic racks. I bought a pack of six maybe five years ago. No issues and I still have two of them, one still unused.

Your Recommended Practice Drills for 9ft Table

Be started me off with stop shots. You work your way up to the draw scratch. My best was 4 consecutive. If I tried today I'd probably only get one out of ten.

Your Recommended Practice Drills for 9ft Table

When I went to Bert, we did two OBs ahead and one CB., rotating positions around the table. If you're at the foot of the table. there are OBs at the two spots on the head string. Place CB on the left mark and shoot the top right ball into the pocket, drawing the CB back into the pocket. Spot an...

Your Recommended Practice Drills for 9ft Table

All my tables had the X worn into the cloth. My new Diamond is not being subjected to that drill. I marked different straight lines to practice the same shots. After a while, I change the angle and fan out a few degrees to not use the same spots on the table. I no longer use clear donuts for...

Ill add Neils Terminator tips in there as well. He has some form Bert, some from Alex L., some from Johan, and his own.

    Playing sets vs races

I enjoy this format a lot. It was fun to watch in person because fans would flock to the area where a shootout was happening. I also like how the format makes it so no player ever feels they are out of it.

Clean Gleem Polisher Review from an owner...

At first glance, one would think my old Bludworth does not rotate the balls. If you watch for a little while you will see the stripes on the ball oscillate from fat to thin as the balls' axis of rotation changes slightly. Since the actual polishing is done by the pads surrounding the balls, the...

    Waste of money pool items

Weird. You're the only person I've heard who has had this issue. As far as cleanliness being a new issue, that is not my experience. I had been trying different chalks for the last couple years due to how messy some can be. Regular Predator chalk will leave marks on my table and turn my hand...

How to clean felt table top

I have used a dedicated vacuum with the rotating brush for several years on Simonis cloth and never had an issue. The vac is very light so perhaps that is why I haven't had any problems from the brushes. I had brushless prior to this one but they did not do as well getting the chalk form...

Jayson Shaw First Contracted Pro on WNT

I prefer 10ball because I do not think any World Championship should be determined by luck. There is NO WAY 99% of pool fans would rather see 9ball than 10ball. No one should win off the break either, if we're being serious.

Jayson Shaw First Contracted Pro on WNT

The Chinese 8ball angle won't fly in the states. We can't get most rooms to spare the space for 9 foot tables as it is. More tables/sq. ft., more money.

    Taom Chalk

I have this one. I don't use the clip but I do like the two different holders to switch as the chalk wears. I use a clip from a different holder I no longer used...
