New Video on HOW TO REACH Tough-to-Reach SHOTS

I use this fairly frequently for shots along the right cushion (right handed). Eye alignment can be tough though.

New Video on HOW TO REACH Tough-to-Reach SHOTS

I'm a lil over 5'9" so *technically* not that short, but going to school in ND made me feel tiny. They grow em big out there: had 2 friends that were 6'10 and 6'11 (most at least 6'). Both of them had to be careful reaching over the table because they'd hit their heads on the lights.

New Video on HOW TO REACH Tough-to-Reach SHOTS

Found an excuse to use the booty-cam? As a short-ish player, the introduction of butt extensions has been a game-changer. I used to play full games with the bridge to practice and now i very rarely need to use one. I've learned when i need an extension (and which one) just by looking at...

Who bought the 30th anniversary predator cue!

If i had "fuck you" money, yeah i'd buy one. But I'd have tons of cues hanging on the walls around the tables (plural) in my gigantic game room... Hypothetically...

Games other than pool in pool halls

There's a group of hilarious old guys that play Hearts at one of my locals. If there's ever a group playing cribbage or 500 i would gladly jump in, but haven't seen it. Otherwise just darts and foosball. The exception being the Memorial Union at NDSU. We had tables, 8 lanes, shuffleboard, ping...

Home Room Size for 9' Table

That looks absolutely awesome. That's essentially the goal, but ideally with less effort . I had a neighbor a looong time ago that did that in their unfinished basement. Would be far more of a challenge in a finished room. Bonus points for the great looking floor and the dart board, but I...

Home Room Size for 9' Table

You have nearly the exact table i want too, down to the cloth... I think that's a Pro-Am? I'm planning on getting a Professional. Very much the type of setup I'd like to have.

Home Room Size for 9' Table

I mostly want to see what a 9-foot table looks like in the room. I've done loads of math, but want to be 100% sure i find a room that will work. The visual is reassuring.

Home Room Size for 9' Table

I used the extension as a stand-in for room to swing the cue when the CB is on the cushion. I don't play with the extension unless i need it, which won't be near the cushions. I hope you mean IT professionals, because that's the only kind of pro I'll ever be...

Home Room Size for 9' Table

I've been casually watching the housing market in my area and was curious for those that have a 9-foot table in their home: - How big is your room? - Is the size right, or could it be bigger/smaller? - Anything you would change about the room itself or things to avoid? - Pics are also...

Joshua Filler withdrawn from the Mosconi Cup!

Unions are created for the purpose of collective bargaining that would be the primary tool they use... The union *will* serve the union because guess what: it's members ARE the union. That's what makes it - you guessed it - a union. In the long run, unions and regulators are the only things...

Joshua Filler withdrawn from the Mosconi Cup!

Lol ok. You like having PTO, worker safety standards, employee rights, and a 5-day work week? Thank unions. Unions absolutely have their flaws, but to say unions make things worse is patently false unless you're one of the rich a-holes that benefits from cheap labor and no regulation.

Joshua Filler withdrawn from the Mosconi Cup!

The NHL/NHLPA have been brawling for decades. It's led to several lockouts and I'm sure a lot of lost money by the ownership, but that's the only place you can hit them: the pocketbook. It's gotten the players what they want and without them there is no league. Obviously the NHL/NFL/NBA/MLB also...
