New video on BREAK SHOT strategy for 8-ball, 9-ball, and 10-ball

I know my place and it's not in their universe. 10/10 would enjoy getting my ass kicked by any of the top players though...

New video on BREAK SHOT strategy for 8-ball, 9-ball, and 10-ball

100% Just an oddity, I'm obviously not in a position to tell him how to do his job... :ROFLMAO:

New video on BREAK SHOT strategy for 8-ball, 9-ball, and 10-ball

One thing that always blows me away about Shane is how accurate he is despite the body movement. I know that's fairly common when generating power for the break, but it seems he has a lot of excess movement every shot. Oddity, but obviously works.

New video on BREAK SHOT strategy for 8-ball, 9-ball, and 10-ball

Another excellent video. SVB - as always - showing how important a good break is. So many examples of him pocketing half the table... Also gotta love AP showing size isn't everything. 💪💪

    Best table...

My 2 biggest complaints about Brunswick tables: - There is WAY too much metal on them. Just ripped a bunch of skin off my right knuckles on a score wheel yesterday and have dinged quite a few shafts on them. - The pocket inserts are trash. The plastic and metal pieces around the pockets can make...

    Pagulayan Chalk Allergy??

If the Taom and AP chalks are effectively the same like others are saying could be the wrapper or something on it. Try a towel with a bit of iso on the wrapper and see if you still have the issue.

Which Way Do You Play This Shot?

2 cushion draw or the stun straight up depending on how comfortable i am with the table. With the 2 cushion draw you have more room for error. Over or under hit it and you still have an angle.

    How to win in 10-ball?

You mean the 9 on the foot spot? I think with how much softer a 9-ball rack is it's easier to get a good spread and the 1 is pretty easy to make with a cut break and not much power. Harder to make the 9, but easier overall. The room for error to put the 1 in seems to be less with 10b. Just my...

    How to win in 10-ball?

Don't understand the point of allowing early 10s. Just play 9b then... 10b is my preferred game: call pocket, no early 10s. Break is tougher, layouts are usually tougher, no quick out. Maybe I'm just a glutton for punishment.

What is the most beautiful pool table?

Know i'm going to catch heat for this, but form follows function: 9' Diamond, squared corners, Charcoal oak finish, Shark Grey Simonis 860, Perimeter lights. Some of the "prettier" tables I've seen are the fancy furniture variety that i have no desire to play on.

Pool jersey's, love 'em or hate 'em..??

Dress shoes are also awful to stand in for long periods of time. Not as much grip as other shoes either.

Pool jersey's, love 'em or hate 'em..??

I really liked our high collar 1/4 zip jerseys. They breathe and fit really well: loose fit on all but 2 of our bowling balls -- er, bowlers... Would definitely want slimmer fit at the table if i'm playing tournaments, but i'm also not a big dude. Now my cycling buddies that wear lycra road...

Pool jersey's, love 'em or hate 'em..??

Bowlers are 100% goofy (including myself to a lesser degree here) and being over the top is a character thing (see: Kyle Troup). Collegiate team unis are much better though (also an honor to rep your school). As far as dress code is concerned, if you're running a major tournament you have to...

Break cue.. the most over hyped cue in our bag?

$800 isn't far off of a high end, but not fancy playing cue though. So a $500-550 CF break shaft and a $200-250 plain butt makes sense when compared to playing cues. How much are those prices inflated to begin with? I have no idea.

Pool jersey's, love 'em or hate 'em..??

Makes sense for pros to wear them and should be considered part of the "uniform". Jersey tucked into slacks (or skirt), nice shoes (i'm actually a fan of letting them wear bright colors, not just black), and of course a LV belt/buckle . Let them have some of their own style so it's not all...
