From what I saw... the fargo rating cut off was inconsistent. Some players were not allowed to play. Others with higher fargos were allowed to play. also... I heard mention from the tournament desk that matches are not going to be entered into Fargo again this year... don't know how true...

Races to 5 for 25... Races to 7 for 50... Anything higher isn't cheap... but not necessarily expensive either.
